Constance Regnier, The Best Food Influencer in France, Food Influencers Awards 2023

editorial & arteditorial

Food Influencers Awards 2023 took place on April 29 at Chateau Saint Georges in Grasse. A day of sharing, love, joie de vivre to celebrate gastronomy, the art of living and choose the best influencer in France. A big surprise was prepared by fate! The big winner of this edition is... Constance Regniet whom I invite you to discover!

Constance, a short presentation of yourself for our readers...

My name is Constance, I am 26 years old and I am an Entrepreneur, Food Engineer, Dietician and Content Creator on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube under the pseudonym @aunomdugout. After a quick career in the food industry as an Innovation Project Manager, I decided to drop everything and go on the Tour de France des Terroirs.
My goal: to meet craftsmen, producers, restaurateurs and share their stories and the manufacture of food products through a Youtube channel. I wanted people to discover behind the scenes so that they would understand what they eat while defending the terroirs and traditions of our country. This is how I became a Content Creator, the community Au Nom du Goût was born and my activity to support the food trades in their communication started.

What is your vision of things, your philosophy of life in everything you do?

I think we have to do a job that inspires us, that excites us and that makes us get up ans shine every morning. When I was little, I was always stuffed into my Grandmother's and my Mother's petticoats to learn how to cook like them . Then, I discovered the industrial world and I understood that my fight would be to teach people to eat better by trying to change the food model in which we live. I also believe in being aligned with your convictions and having the courage to assume them. After 6 years of post-baccalaureate studies, I could have accepted a clear-cut career in the food industry... But no, it was not aligned with my desires and values. Despite the instability of entrepreneurship, despite the unknown, despite the precariousness, despite the doubts, I regret nothing. Because yes, my philosophy is that: live to NEVER HAVE REGRETS.

How do you manage to differentiate yourself from other influencers?

Oh my, am I really going to reveal all my secrets?? Come on, for Stylezza, I say yes. To start, you need to have a living, authentic, engaged account. Sharing recipes is good, sharing recipes with deep values, with a militant spirit, it's even better. Then you have to have an engaged community. It takes interaction... Because behind every pseudonym hides a real person! The goal is to create a bond with it. To finish, on D-Day, you have to be radiant and natural, with a certain competitive spirit. You have to put yourself in the shoes of other influencers, imagine what they are going to post to stand out. Thomas, my companion & Photographer immediately told me "we are going to do a post on the theme of the hand and the transmission". For my part, I listened attentively to Chief Chibois, noting down everything he said. Nothing had to go by the wayside. It's the details that make the difference, like a Chef with his plate.

How do you see the world of content creators in 5-10 years?

Everything is going so fast! 5 years ago, the content of social networks was at odds with that of today. Before, we shared photos. Now we share videos. Predicting the future of social networks in 5-10 years is very complicated. I hope, in any case, that there will be authenticity, simplicity, truth and not "influencer robots" who all do the same thing.

What does your participation in the Food Influencers Awards mean to you?

A lot! Being a Content Creator is a full-time job, or rather a double-full-time job For many influencers, it's volunteer work, as it is for me. We work 7 days a week and almost 24 hours a day. We go to bed with our networks, we get up with our networks. So being rewarded for this hard work is the greatest of victories. I hope and cross my fingers that this trophy will help me win contracts as a Food Columnist, Culinary Journalist or projects related to Gastronomy. I'm open to anything (as long as it's eaten and drunk) so don't hesitate to contact me: constance.aunomdugout@gmail.com

Being able to live from this passion would be the greatest reward.

Ideas to share with our readers...?

Believe in yourself, believe in your wildest dreams. Surpass yourself. Never have regrets. Don't count your calories, treat yourself. Support producers around you, instead of buying foreign products. Do your best to leave this world having improved society, having listened to your beliefs, to your heart. We only live once, somake it the best one. There will never be two!
