Every year in December the magic is at home. On every corner of the street you start to feel Christmas it's coming with all its joy and thrills. And besides its commercial touch, let's feel the true meaning of this Holiday and enter into its spirit of love and giving.
As every year the big stores know how to put the magic right in front of the passer's eyes in beautiful decorations and great themes to be drawn to.
In Paris magic is everywhere. Printemps has a Burberry theme this year. The decorations include an illuminated façade featuring a 13-foot-tall animation of a little boy and his teddy bear travelling from London to Paris.
At Lafayette Gallery, Jerry Hall put the lights on the Christmas Tree.
"We have a Christmas meal together and everyone opens their presents. My daughters both are modeling now and they're getting so many fabulous clothes - I'm going to have to have a good look to find something special for them," said Hall, referring to Mick, Elizabeth and Georgia May Jagger.
Bergdorf Goodman had an explosive launching of its Christmas windows with fireworks and ambiance. The retailer partnered with UNICEF to put the lights on the snowflakes hanging on the intersection of 5th Avenue with 57th Street. Every window has a theme from theatre window having a diva in its center surrounded by neon lights or the literrary window appealing to Marcel Proust, Charles Dickens or Charles Baudelaire.
Barneys entered into the Christmas magic with elf, ice skaters, two queens and a marching band.
Merry Christmas from Stylezza! May you all be blessed!
