« It's my first boutique in the South and we wanted to reunite all the three concepts from Paris: the coffee shop, the flower shop at the Opera and the fruits at Le Meurice. Here, in Saint Tropez we have them all. »

« Have you prepared something specially for Saint Tropez? »

« I came with the classics that work very well. We will work, also, the local products like The Tropezienne, nougat, specially for Saint Tropez. »

« What are the classicals? »

« Of course the croissant, chocolate bread with cappuccino, the fruit tart, pavlova. I did my first video here for the community that appreciates my work and I offered pavlova to the passers-by for an hour.»

« What would be the next destination, after Saint Tropez? »

« That's a good question. We have already a destination under way but we can't unveil at the moment. » said Cedric Grolet.
