Cannes 2016 : what actors do the French people fantasize?

As we approach the feast of the seventh art, Meetic dating service became interested in the fantasies of French people. Who is the woman or the man among the actors who go up the stairs in a few days? This year, big names are announced: Charlize Theron, Marion Cotillard, George Clooney, Ryan Gosling ... And, for the first time, Julia Roberts. Meetic today unveiled the results of its study, conducted by Toluna, and one thing is certain: 2016 remains on its classic!

JULIA ROBERTS: the first time on the Red Carpet in Cannes

This is the first time that Julia Roberts comes to Cannes, and their Pretty Woman has still much charm: her smile (43%), charisma (33%), style (19%), her gaze (19%) ... She still has it for her fans! It is THE fantasy of the French men in all categories among ten renowned actresses.

The actress of 48 years would be chosen by 27% of participants for a drink and maybe more ... so Charlize Theron took second place with19%. And when the participants were asked with which actress they would live a beautiful love story, Julia Roberts still ranks first (26%)!

At 25-34, the ideal girl is Marion Cotillard: 24% of them willingly would present her to their parents. They also choose to live a holiday romance with her as the 22% show it. In the category 18-24,  26% of responders dream of a beautiful love story with Kristen Stewart.

GEORGE CLOONEY ... WHAT ELSE?

Unsurprisingly, it is always the great George Clooney who makes ladies fantasize for a one-night stand (46%) or for the entire life (38%)! A year and half after his marriage to the lovely Amal Alamuddin, they are still 46% to fall for his charisma, and 45% to melt for his smile ...

If it still tops the French when asked which actor they gladly would submit to their parents (35%) is Vincent Cassel who is in second place of the podium, with 17%. Keanu Reeves enters the top 3 to the question "Which actor would you choose to live a beautiful love story? "11% voted yes.

As for 18-34, the ideal man is Ryan Gosling. While 37% of 18-24 years category imagined him as the ideal man, 26% of 25-34 year olds would love to live a beautiful love story with the 35 year old actor, or be content with a glass ... and maybe more.
