From the behind the scene secrets of make-up, the beauty looks from the runway are all about skills and having a certain style. For this year Mulberry fashion show, the designer wanted a natural look, unadorned.

"Emma wanted the girls to look natural, cool and unadorned," he explained. "I always think of her as having a little bit of a Sixties black-and-white film thing going on." It came with some hair textures using Fekkai's Coiff Bouffant Lifting and Texturizing Spray Gel. The hair was worn on one side with some pieces on the front giving the impression of un untidy hair.

As for the make-up, L'Oréal Paris' stylist, Mathias van Hooff said that "the collection was prettier than usual so when we got to the fitting, we stripped down the skin so the makeup was really bare as if the girls had just come in from outside,". He created a spider effect using high volume mascara, concentrated on the eye brows and the eyes. He used black liquid eyelines to give a water effect, lips were clear and the nails were in nude shades.
