Ideally located on the rooftop of the new Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, on the legendary Place du Casino, Amazónico Monte-Carlo will open on April 5, 2024 for a brand new gastronomic and festive experience. More than a restaurant, Amazónico Monte-Carlo is a journey to the banks of the Amazon, an immersion in the culture, atmosphere and flavors of the countries that border the largest river in the world. Creative cuisine, cocktails, live performances and a private club, in a breathtaking setting, the experience will be enjoyed without moderation all year round. Created in Madrid in 2010 by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, the Amazonico concept was deployed in 2015 in London, then Dubai, in partnership with the D.ream Group. It is located in the historic heart of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, as part of the new dynamic given to gastronomy and celebration, Monte-Carlo style. From dinner until late at night, the experience takes place on one of the most beautiful rooftops in the world, in different spaces, for different times, and immerses us in the abundance of the tropical forest. Lounge bar, restaurant, private club, indoors or on the terrace of nearly 1000 m², whatever the time chosen, the immersion is immediate, in a breathtaking, opulent and largely green setting. A 100% Amazonian design imagined by the artist and decorator, Lázaro Rosa-Violan, orchestrated by the Management and built heritage of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. A privatized space inspired by the jungle with a cigar terrace, offers also the possibility of living the Amazónico Monte-Carlo experience in private, under the stars, for up to 30 people. The menu by Sandro Silva draws on the culinary repertoire of the Amazon regions. Tropical and Latin American influences mingle with Asian and Mediterranean flavors from the cuisine of the communities that populate the region.

The taste buds open to discovery, while delighting in more familiar tastes: Peruvian sushi with raw seafood, carefully selected grilled meats and fish. Amazónico-style cuisine combines traditional and modern know-how and gives pride of place to seasonal products. "Monegasque" creations are also featured in this international menu, implemented by the artisans of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. The Art of the party is invited to the Place du Casino Amazónico Monte-Carlo is a gourmet experience, but also and above all ultra-festive. The atmosphere is vibrant and the atmosphere electrifying. Live performances of Latin-inspired jazz, bossa nova and Cuban music liven up the restaurant evenings, while resident DJs vibrate the Bar & Lounge area and the Club, with "electro-picical" sounds, a fusion of vibrations electro and latin, the musical signature of Amazónico.
At the helm of the bar, a mixologist completes the experience with 100% Amazonian cocktails and original creations. Nestled behind a mysterious leopard-print staircase and adorned with a hypnotic ceiling, the Club offers a more intimate and cozy atmosphere. Exclusively reserved for restaurant customers, we meet there from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. to party even more, with captivating cocktails and a resident DJ. Amazónico Monte-Carlo strongly complements the new gastronomic dynamic but above all festive, extra exclusive of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. A balance between international catering concepts, starred restaurants, iconic addresses and new creations made in Monte-Carlo, to keep the legend alive.
