Saturday, December 2, 2017, Pascal Lac will unveil his 2017 Christmas collection during a culinary afternoon at the Hotel Le Negresco in Nice. He will gather his loyal customers to discover all the flavors of this dessert-star of the holiday season.
For more than 20 years, this chocolate-born delights the people of Nice and tourists from all over the world through many gourmet creations such as creamy pastries, chocolates crisp and its now inevitable macaroons.
At the approach of the holidays, Pascal Lac is inspired more than ever by the magic of Christmas to propose a new collection of logs and winter delicacies. Result of the know-how outside the common and overflowing creativity, it is not less than a dozen original creations which will adorn the windows of Lac Patisseries throughout the month of December.
More tasty than ever, the 2017 collection will offer 9 Bûches including 2 ice creams around chocolate but also brown, fruits and citrus fruits. Classics like the log CRAQUELIN, the MARRON or the PEARL will be added new creations such as the ICE RASPBERRY, the CHEESECAKE or the MOELLEUX DES FETES. Besides "other delicacies", you will not be able to resist the SAPIN MENDIANTS with dark chocolate or milk, the star piece of the House, or REFUGE LAC, snow sculpture mainly composed of 68% Caribbean dark chocolate as well as marshmallow vanilla from Madagascar and milk chocolate.
Pascal Lac's Christmas 2017 collection will be presented at a private invitation event Saturday, December 2nd. It will also be available from the same date in the 4 shops Lake Côte d'Azur (Nice: Old Nice, Barla and Gioffredo, Saint-Laurent-du-Var: Lafayette Gourmet, Cap 3000 Shopping Center).
