27th edition of BMW Polo Masters, Open of Gassin

After 13 editions of BMW Polo Masters at Bourrian, the event moved to Haras de Gassin, prestigious and refined place which houses the Polo Club Saint-Tropez. Open to all, this sporting event, classy and friendly, is the perfect opportunity to discover the polo, a subtle blend of equestrian sport and a team sport. The 2014 edition will also offer the opportunity to attend a special evening with the Miss Provence Prestige 2014 in the presence of Geneviève de Fontenay and Marie-Laure Cornu, Miss Prestige National 2014 followed by a Polo Party with Big Ali as a guest star. 

6 international teams to a high level tournament (12-15 goals) in a prestigious setting, the Polo Club Saint-Tropez. 

Based as the origins of polo in Saint-Tropez, the BMW Polo Masters, organized by Jean Yves Delfosse will be associated this year to the Open de Gassin. This high level tournament (12-15 goals) meet 6 international teams coming from the United States, Pakistan, Switzerland, Italy and China. Many Argentine professional players will be present, including several players of handicap 7 (maximum handicap is 10 in Polo). These 6 teams will compete to win the famous "Silver Gavel" made by sculptor Xavier Fraissinette and awarded by the town of Gassin and St. Tropez.

Sport, refinement and elegance, the top words of this event

Several elegance competitions will be associated with this sporting event: first, the traditional parade of vintage cars, accompanied by beautiful and elegant hats, Julian Jewellers Old Car Trophy. It will be followed by an feminine polo presentation match. Women will still be honored with a fashion show of the designer Frederic Duverneuil, highlighted by the Miss Prestige stars. 

Election of Miss Provence Prestige 2014 

On Saturday evening, 26 th of July, will be held the Miss Provence Prestige 2014 in the presence of Geneviève de Fontenay and Melissa Barber, the en titre champion, who will give her crown to the new ambassador of the region. This new elected will have the title of Miss Prestige National 2015 and will succeed Marie Laure Cornu who held the crown in 2014 to be the star of the evening. Candidates parade in evening gowns by Frédéric Duverneuil and seaside outfits from Gottex International. Two other Miss Stars will be present: Auline Grac Miss Prestige National 2013, Margaux Barbry Miss Provence Prestige 2011 during this election and this parade staged by lydie Enguehard (ex Miss). 

Big Ali, Guest Star Polo Party Coveted worldwide, Big Ali, MC, rapper, songwriter and DJ will set fire to the Polo Party successor to the Miss Prestige.
