Svetlana Serhiivna Loboda, born in October 1982 in Kiev, also known as LOBODA scene, is a Ukrainian singer (singer-songwriter).
From an early age, Loboda studied piano, variety and vocal jazz. She grew up as a composer, lead actress in a musical, TV host, designer, photographer, singer in the most popular girls band in Ukraine, Russia and the CIS, eventually embarking on a solo career. As a child, Loboda already showed a particular interest in music and cinema by appearing in musicals that she presented to her parents and relatives during family vacations.
Loboda continued her musical studies by integrating the singing - variety - jazz department of the Circus Variety Academy of Kiev. It was at this moment that she became a member of the group "Cappucino". In 2003, she auditioned for the first Ukrainian professional musical "The Equator" in which she landed the lead role of "Mirana". December 28, 2003, Svetlana creates a new group "Catch" of which she creates the repertoire as well as the costumes of scene. This was her first professional experience as a composer and designer.
Loboda represented Ukraine in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 and finished in 12th place. In January 2010 she released her solo single "Live easy", then "Heart is beating" with Max Barskih in the spring and "Revolution" in October that she describes as "a powerful song, with a powerful message".
